What is the store's exchange policy?

Due to the fact that each item is made to order, we can not accept returns on orders unless there is a defect or damage on an item upon arrival or item was not as advertised.

 

If there’s an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. A shipping label will be sent via ShipStation. Items must be mailed unworn and in their original packaging within 7 days of label being sent.

Please make sure you check sizing and address any concerns before ordering.

Please contact us before returning your item, and a refund (minus return shipping charges) will be processed once the item has been received. 

 

Do you ship outside of the US?

Absolutely! You'll see shipping costs at checkout. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any custom fees that may arise when shipping internationally. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Turnaround time varies by drop. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2 weeks where as made-to-order can be 6-8 weeks. Please see individual item for shipping time. Each item is made by hand by one mama, so please be patient! Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary.

Marlee Ro is not responsible for lost or stollen packages. If you would like insurance, please EMAIL the shop before checking out.

We are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect Paypal address. Shipping labels are printed directly from Paypal, so please make sure your address is correct. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs if the item(s) must be resent due to incorrect address.

 

Is insurance included in my order?

Insurance is not included in your shipping costs. You may email the shop beforehand to add insurance to your order if you would like your items to be covered.

 

Can I cancel and order I've placed but has not shipped?

All sales are final. We start making each item by hand after your order is placed. To cover our cost of materials and time, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted. 

 

Can I expedite my order?

If you need an order rushed, we may be able to accommodate your request with a rush fee. We have a team of seamstresses that work on a weekly cycle. In order to get your item out quicker, it will need to be made in house. Please make sure to email us before placing your order to see if this is possible. It will be based on fabric availability, as well. PLEASE NOTE: Priority shipping only effects the time in which the order gets to you once shipped. It does not include expedited turnaround time. 

 

Can I place a custom order?

We are so happy that you love our designs! At this time, we are not able to accept custom orders. All of our patterns are designed in house and go through months of testing before we offer them on our website. Our sizes and styles are only available as listed.
